Welcome to Time Out Youth Center’s Volunteer Orientation! 🌈✨

This course is your first step in joining our community of passionate and dedicated volunteers. Together, we’ll explore who we are, what we do, and how you can make a meaningful impact in the lives of LGBTQ+ youth.

Through this orientation, you will:

• Learn about the mission, vision, and values of Time Out Youth Center.
• Get an overview of our programs, services, and community impact.
• Understand volunteer roles, expectations, and responsibilities.
• Gain tools and resources to confidently support youth and staff.
• Learn best practices for creating affirming, safe, and inclusive spaces.
